Cubic boron nitride abrasive is held in a hard metal bond, giving a blade that keeps its diameter and keeps cutting cool on high speed steel, alloy steel, hardened parts and metal matrix composites.

Recommended working conditions

Wheel speed 25-35 m/s, feed 10-40mm/min, flood coolant recommended for HSS and alloy steel to protect the bond and the workpiece. Dress lightly with an alumina stick if the blade glazes.
